Clippers and pushers are cleaned, then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave. Your technician opens the sealed pouch in front of you.
- New files and buffers every guest
Files, buffers and pumice are single-use. Want to keep them? They're yours to take home.
- Pipe-less spa chairs + fresh liner
No hidden pipes. Each basin gets a new liner and is disinfected with an EPA-registered disinfectant (10-minute contact time). The log hangs by the chairs.
- Texas-licensed technicians
Every technician holds a current TDLR license, posted at their station.
- Fresh air at every acrylic station

Walk-ins & appointments
Walk-ins are welcome; booked guests are served first. Groups of 4 or more, please text or call so we can seat you together.
Running late
We hold your time for 10 minutes. After that we may shorten the service or move you to the next opening — just text us.
Cancel or change
Free up to 12 hours before. For group bookings (4+) we take a $10 per person deposit, returned at checkout or kept on a no-show.
7-day fix guarantee
Polish chips within 3 days or gel/extension lifting within 7 days? Come back and we fix it free. Not covered: breaks from impact or DIY removal.

Questions we hear a lot
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, every day. The home page shows the current walk-in wait from our check-in screen. Booking online guarantees your time and technician.
Can I choose my technician?
Yes — pick one when you book, or choose "Any available" for the earliest time. Each technician's days and specialties are listed in Our team.
How long does Gel-X last?
Three to four weeks for most clients. Come back at 3–4 weeks for a new set; if anything lifts in the first 7 days we fix it free.
Where do I park?
Free lot right in front, and 2 hours free in the Kirby Commons garage level 1 — bring your ticket in and we validate it.
Do you speak Vietnamese or Spanish?
Yes. Vy, Tammy, Kim and An speak Vietnamese (tiếng Việt); Daniela speaks Spanish (español).
How do tips work?
Tipping is customary in the US and always your choice. Add it on your card at checkout or leave cash for your technician.
Is the salon wheelchair accessible?
Yes: step-free entrance, wide aisles, an accessible restroom, and a pedicure station where you can stay in your own chair. Tell us when you book and we'll prepare it.
Can I bring my own polish?
Of course. Regular polish only — for gel we use our own system so we can guarantee it.
